Well this is just.... odd

Feel sorry for the girl's parents, but wow. What are the odds? I also feel badly for the manufacturer, cuz they're gonna get hammered.

That's crazy! Things like that don't happen very often. I've used similar products, but not for long periods of time or mixed with other types.
